Georgian marble walls, castings, cornices and black Absolute granite floor are highlighted throughout the Kitchen. The custom-built maple cabinets are full overlay with raised panels and feature leaded glass doors and solid nickel European hardware. Appliances are state of the art and include a double subzero refrigerator and freezer, 60" Viking stove, Advantium convection oven, warming drawer, Scotsman icemaker and Bosch dishwasher. The mahogany stove surround and door pediment are embellished with oak leaf and acorn hand carved detail.

An additional prep and serving area is located in the Butler’s Pantry complete with the original silver sink and Jewett icebox. Detailed custom-built cabinets of Koa wood (used to make violins and cellos) surround this intimate setting and complement the tufted booth seating, wine cooler, dishwasher and microwave.
